- Elon Musk says he is taking legal action against a holder of a Twitter account that tracks his private jet, arguing it puts his son at risk.
- @ElonJet account's owner Jack Sweeney, 20, used publicly available flight-tracking information to tweet every time Mr Musk's jet took off and landed.
- Mr Musk says legal action is now being taken against Mr Sweeney and others.

3. Twelve children among 39 rescued from migrant boat
- 12 children were among the 39 people rescued from a migrant boat which began sinking in the English Channel on Wednesday.
- They were on a packed vessel which started sinking in freezing waters between Kent and France.
- Crews on a nearby fishing boat and lifeboats helped with the rescue.
